Brain Aerobics
This class builds brain strength and increases memory skills, with the guarantee that you will notice a difference in just one class!  
It's fun.  It's easy.  We also explore the power of positive thinking, nutrition for the brain, and many other useful tools and formulas.  
Check for a class in your area.  All classes taught exclusively by Victoria.

Step Aerobics
Step aerobics is an exercise class that uses
elevated platform.  This class utilizes a 
number of 
different moves and techniques 
that incorporate 
the step to give you a 
refreshing cardio workout!
Zumba is a Latin dance fitness class that 
combines aerobics with several types of 
including salsa, hip-hop, and mamba.
Challenging, fun, and energizing, Zumba is 
of the most popular fitness classes 

Drums Alive!
Drums Alive is a new and unique fitness 
that blends traditional physical fitness with the brain-affected benefits of music and rhythm.  In this 50-minute class, you'll use drumsticks and a medicine ball to drum along with the beat of the music, while receiving an incredible core and upper body workout!
Piyo blends elements of pilates and yoga.  
class helps increase strength, flexibility, and endurance in the arms, legs, hips, back, and abdominals.  While it is quite a challenge, Piyo can also be relaxing and rejuvenating!

This cardio dance class combines core training and strength training intervals. The class incorporates balls, bands, tubbing, andsometimes even mat and floor work.

R.I.P.P.E.D. (Resistance, 
Interval, Power, Plyometrics, 

R.I.P.P.E.D. is more than a fitness class - it's a formula that brilliantly combines six 
elements into one high energy, athletic 
based workout.  This full body workout is 
intense and very effective!
